Born in The Bahamas, Toby has lived, attended school or worked in Luxembourg, Canada and Great Britain, before returning to the place of his birth in 1996.
Toby’s career started in marketing research for The Minit Group and Caradon Mira UK, before switching to Sales with IBM Bahamas Ltd. in 1996. This research background provides a balanced view of the customer and market trends resulting in solutions that fit customer expectations and budgets.
Throughout his career, diverse experiences have enabled him to develop strong partnerships across the globe, which have become the cornerstones of Tegra Solutions extensive portfolio.

Francois-Marie Bourque: Vice President of Sales and Operations
As the Vice President of Sales and Operations, Francois-Marie is responsible for all Sales related activities and the back-office administration.
Francois-Marie brings 36 years of experience in the Information Technology industry as a Systems Engineer, Sales Consultant, Sales and Operations Manager and Vice President of Sales. He has earned many awards, principally in his 26 years at IBM Canada and IBM Bahamas, including 17 100% Club for his sales accomplishments, a Special Contribution Award and an Education Excellence Award.
Francois-Marie has in-depth knowledge of the following industries: Banking, Healthcare, Insurance, Pharmaceutical, Printing, Telecommunications and Wholesale & Distribution. His keen ability to listen to his customers to fully understand their needs and requirements, his result-oriented approach and his spirit for teamwork have allowed him to achieve great success in his various endeavors.
Francois-Marie is also an experienced Sales Teacher; he has delivered over 5,000 student-days of Strategic Sales Training.
Kris Neely: VP, Chief Technology Officer
Kris Neely’s 30+ year career in IT has taken him from the IBM System/3 to Cloud Computing, from The Mirage in Las Vegas to the Atlantis in the Caribbean, from Nassau, Bahamas to Shanghai, China. His job roles have included CIO, CTO, VP of Application Development, VP of Programming, Director of IT Operations, and more.
Kris’ work includes eight years at IBM. He was also the first CIO/CTO of DemandTec, now an IBM Company, in the business analytics software space. He is the former Director of Programming and Director of Customer Support in the King’s Quest days of Sierra On-Line. He designed networks for Levi Strauss, point-of-sale solutions for Esprit de Corps, and equities trading applications for Bank of America and Automatic Data Processing. Over the years, his job assignments have seen his face-to-face with the CEOs, CFOs, CIOs and Sr. IT management of firms as diverse as Cabela’s, E*Trade, Wells Fargo, ShopVac, Taleo, TruGreen, Werner Enterprises, National Bank of The Bahamas, Doctor’s Hospital, YKK, Discount Tire, Men’s Warehouse, Alouette, Young’s Market Company, Columbus Distributing, and more.
He has published over 200 articles and several books and instructional videos on Information Technology. Mr. Neely commutes between San Francisco, CA and Nassau, Bahamas.
Nicky Saddleton: Vice President of Communications
Nicky has designed, developed and managed an array of successful Bahamian brands, along with the creative team who support her creative network and continued vision for brands of The Bahamas.
As a UK award winning designer, Nicky has been producing world-class design in The Bahamas for over 18 years, and has won several international awards for design and creativity for Bahamian brands. Her strengths lie in her dedication to understanding her clients’ needs before she embarks into the design process. Nicky is as comfortable strategizing as she is designing.
Born in London, UK, Nicky brings a wealth of experience from the British advertising industry, yet has refined her talent in The Bahamas. From retail to finance, Nicky has creatively collaborated in numerous types of industries, including education, healthcare, financial services, retail, insurance, telecommunications and real estate, with a drive for success and a passion for creativity.
Nicky also believes in using her talents to support her community and has donated her skills and time to help develop brands for The Ranfurly Home for Children, The Bahamas Down Syndrome Centre, The Bahamas AIDS Foundation, The Cancer Caring Centre and The Meah Foundation.
